How do I enable alerts?
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap CarryAwareNJ.
- Enable:
- Location Services → Always
- Notifications → Allow Notifications
Why am I not receiving alerts?
- Verify Location Services is set to Always
- Ensure notifications are enabled
- Confirm Safety Alerts are enabled inside the app
- Make sure Low Power Mode is not restricting background activity
How do I submit a community report?
- Open the User Reports tab.
- Long-press on the map.
- Complete the report form.
- Submit.
How do I report incorrect data?
Email support with:

- Address
- Description of the issue
