How do I enable alerts?

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap CarryAwareNJ.
  3. Set Location Services to Always.
  4. Allow Notifications.

Why am I not receiving alerts?

  • Verify Location Services is set to Always
  • Ensure notifications are enabled
  • Confirm Safety Alerts are enabled inside the app
  • Make sure Low Power Mode is not restricting background activity

How do I submit a report?

  1. Open the User Reports tab.
  2. Long-press on the map.
  3. Complete the report form.
  4. Submit.

Report incorrect data

Email support with the location name, address, and a description of the issue.
