Engineering Diagnostic
When one defined software problem needs a closer look, start with an assessment and a written view of what to do next.
The introductory diagnostic is a separate fixed-fee service. Implementation, repairs and additional engineering are scoped and quoted separately.

Crashes and regressions
A workflow that breaks, a problem that appeared after a change, or an issue that is difficult to reproduce.

A focused code or architecture question where evidence can help prioritize the next engineering step.
From the reported issue to a practical readout.
Agree the scope
Confirm the app, primary problem, platform, build, test environment and available evidence. Review fit and access before accepting the engagement. Timing is agreed once materials and availability are confirmed.
Inspect and investigate
Review authorized code, sanitized logs or reproduction steps and run bounded diagnostic checks in the agreed environment. Record observations, supporting evidence and the limits of what can be concluded.
Explain the findings
Receive a written findings summary, prioritized recommendations and a readout of up to 30 minutes. Follow-on engineering can be scoped and quoted separately.

If the issue cannot be reproduced, the report explains what was tested, evidence gaps, ranked hypotheses and the next useful checks.
The diagnostic is an assessment, capped at five total delivery hours including approved setup, assessment, QA, written findings, prioritized recommendations and the readout. It does not include implemented fixes or production changes. A confirmed root cause, fix, security or compliance certification, and App Store approval are not guaranteed. A comprehensive security or compliance audit is outside scope.
